It’s that time again to come up with another bucket list for the year. Being 25 now feels like quite a landmark and so I want to start getting more impressive, bigger and better (how likely that is I’ve no clue). I have updated last year’s list here if you fancy having a read. I am probably going to have to get a new passport this year as mine is soon to expire. It’s a pretty bittersweet feeling as I’ve got some amazing memories looking back at all my stamps and the places I’ve been through it, but soon I’ll have a complete empty one which is both daunting and exciting. Bring on the list for my 25th year!
Petra. I didn’t manage to go last year and it is still up there on an experience I want to have. I think I’ll just add this every year until I finally get it done. Hopefully this will be the year as I think I’ve persuaded someone to hopefully go with me this time (fingers crossed).
Disneyworld. I haven’t been on a Disney/theme park holiday for a while now and I am craving it! I want some adrenaline and I want some sunshine magic in my life. This is kind of a cheat as I already know I’m going in January to run a half marathon but as for the trip itself that’s currently open to discussion.
Baltic States. Here’s another that I’m carrying over but I’m pretty certain will be happening in the next few months. I have no trips planned until December so will be in desperate need of some weekend getaways and Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are up there.
Asia Round 3. After spending three weeks exploring China it made me realise how much I love Asia. Travelling round Europe and North America is great but the culture and vibe in Asia is just so different and so unexpected. I’ve only really done quite ‘major’ Asian countries like China and Japan, and I feel like it’s time I explore the less urban locations and go on a good old backpacker trip.
